Welcome on board! Tiger Developments has submitted a detailed planning application for a 500,000 sq ft (46,450 sq m) scheme, THE HAYMARKET, on the site of the former Morrison Street Goods Yard. Plans are to invest £200 million in the development. The Haymarket proposal features a 5* InterContinental Hotel, 3* Travelodge Hotel, more than 340,000 square feet of quality office space, a continental-style boulevard and cafes and bistros.
